This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Missouri who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

2.2 The following persons are NOT eligible to participate:

• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes
• The immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or “step” of each) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, and directors
• Any non-Missouri resident
• Any person under the age of 21

2.3 Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2.4 Proof of Missouri residency may be required. Acceptable proof includes a valid Missouri driver’s license or state-issued identification card.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

3.1 The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (CT) on November 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on February 8, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3.2 Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

There are three (3) ways to enter:

METHOD 1: Mail-In Entry

4.1 To enter by mail, hand-print or type your full name, complete street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted for winner notification), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, date of birth, and email address (if available) on a plain 3″ x 5″ card or piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

4.2 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 8, 2026 and received by February 10, 2026 to be eligible.

4.3 Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a separate envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Ther is a limit of six (6) mail-in entries per person.

METHOD 2: Online Entry 

4.4 To enter online, visit https://kccrew.com/betmissouri during the Sweepstakes Period and register a new account with any or all of the sports wagering providers linked on the website.  To qualify, a deposit of five ($5.00) dollars or completing the sportsbook offer must be done in each new account.   To submit the online entry, complete the entry form with your full name, ZIP code, telephone number, date of birth, and email address and include a screen shot of the new account showing the account number and your name. The procedure will work as follows:

1. Register for a sportsbook through Bet Missouri
2. Accept the offer and make a deposit/follow the instructions of the offer
3. Take a Screenshot of the completed registration
4. Submit Screenshot here (this will link to a google form)
   1. On the google form an entrant will enter their name, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, email, a screenshot and accept the terms and conditions. 

Clicking “Submit” will qualify for one (1) entry.

4.5 Limit six (6) online entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period consisting of one (1) entry per sportsbook offer.

METHOD 3:  In-person Entry

4.6 In-person entries may be made at select KC Crew live events.  In-person entries shall be the same as online entries, except KC Crew will provide the computer terminal and verify the online entry in person.   All other rules for online entries shall apply.

4.7. Limit (6) in-person entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

General Entry Provisions

4.8 Entry Limit: There is a strict limit of six (6) entries in total per person during the Sweepstakes Period.   The limitations of each Method are not cumulative and no person shall have more than six (6) total entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries received from the same person in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

4.9 All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4.10 Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4.11 Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

4.12 Online and in-person entries require the creation of a new sports wagering account with a Missouri licensed sports wagering provider and depositing at least five ($5) dollars in such account.  Such licensed sports wagering providers shall be only accessed by Sponsor’s agreed upon providers found at https://kccrew.com/betmissouri.

5. PRIZE

5.1 Grand Prize (1): 2 non-renewable 2026 season tickets to all Kansas City Chiefs pre-season and regular games during the 2026 season.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,800.00

5.2 The prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

5.3 No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5.4 All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5.5 Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

6.1 The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 12, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.

6.2 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6.3 The potential winner will be notified by mail, telephone, and/or email at Sponsor’s discretion, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited.

6.4 If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize is unclaimed, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

6.5 The winner must provide proof of Missouri residency before the prize will be awarded.

6.6 Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 By entering, each entrant agrees to:

• Comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize

7.2 Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of prizes
• Telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software, or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays, or transmission errors
• Data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials
• Late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled, or unintelligible entries, communications, or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission
• Injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes

7.3 Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

7.4 If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

7.5 In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action necessitating such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension.

7.6 Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

8.1 Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

9. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

9.1 By entering, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

9.2 Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event shall attorneys’ fees be awarded.

9.3 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

9.4 All disputes shall be resolved in the state courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any venue or jurisdiction in any other jurisdiction.

9.5 ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.

10. CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

10.1 CONSENT: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO SPONSOR’S COLLECTION, USE, STORAGE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO SUCH USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.

10.2 Personal information collected includes: name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth.

10.3 By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your personal information to:

• Administer the Sweepstakes
• Verify eligibility and conduct background checks if necessary
• Notify winner and fulfill prize
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Send promotional and marketing communications about Sponsor’s products, services, and future sweepstakes
• Analyze and improve Sponsor’s marketing efforts
• Create aggregated, de-identified data for business purposes

10.4 You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may:

• Retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein
• Share your personal information with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers who assist in administering the Sweepstakes
• Disclose your personal information as required by law or legal process
• Transfer your personal information if Sponsor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

10.5 By entering, you consent to receive promotional communications from Sponsor relating to its products, services, and future promotions via mail, email, telephone, or text message. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by:

• Following the unsubscribe instructions in any email communication
• Replying “STOP” to any text message
• Contacting Sponsor at Info@KCCrew.com or 816-866-3563
• Sending written notice to the address in Section 13

10.6 Opting out of promotional communications will not affect your entry in the Sweepstakes but may affect your ability to learn about future promotions.

10.7 Sponsor will not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your separate consent.

10.8 Sponsor takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

11. WINNERS LIST

11.1 For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by March 12, 2026 to:

11.2 Winner list requests must be received by March 12, 2026.
